Dates and Venue

The conference will take place on 23-24 November 2017, in the Faculty building on the Obuda campus of Obuda University, Budapest, Hungary.
Abstract submission deadline: 15 September 2017 31 October 2017
Notification of acceptance: 2 November 2017
Paper submission deadline: 6 November 2017

Official Language
The official language of the conference is English. All abstracts and manuscripts should be submitted in English, and presentations should be prepared in English.

Abstract Submission
Authors are invited to submit an abstract of about 200 words (maximum 1 page). Abstracts will be anonymously reviewed by independent experts and accepted or rejected by the Scientific Committee of each event. The abstracts should provide sufficient and clear information on the research work for the reviewers. Please clearly express your preference for oral (lecture) or poster presentation. Abstracts should be sent by email to the conference coordinator.

Paper Submission
Papers presented at the conference, if submitted on time and meeting general quality requirements for scientific publishing, will be published in the 2017 IJCELIT Proceedings. Authors are kindly asked to prepare their full papers (not more than 10 pages) according to the template.

Presentation
Authors are kindly asked to bring their presentation on CD or USB drive. Conference rooms will be supplied with digital projector and PC.
Poster format: B1, portrait orientation is preferred. There will be a Poster Spotlight Session preceeding the Poster Session, where authors are kindly asked to introduce their research work on up to 4 slides in maximum 5 minutes. During the Poster Session the authors are requested to be present at their posters for discussion.
